Connie is an extremely hard working athlete in addition to being one of the most genuine people that comes through the doors of CrossFit Utica everyday.
We wanted to get to know her a little better and here is what she had to say.
1. When and how did you get started with us?
I started CrossFit Utica in January 2017 as a member of the New You Program. It was a great introduction to Crossfit and gave us the confidence to join the athletes who we watched and aspired to be like when the program was over.
2. Favorite Workout? Least Favorite Workout?
My favorite workout is any type of EMOM (On the minute) workout. They are fast and varied.
My least favorite workout is any workout that includes BURPEES!
3. What's the best cheat meal you had over the holiday?
My best cheat meal over the holiday would be the Japanese Hibachi and Cannoli Cake.
4. If you could be any animal in the world, what would it be and why?
If I could be any animal in the world it would be a Hawk. To me they represent strength and independence. They have great vision and patience. I love watching them glide in the sky or sit in a tree waiting and watching their prey. To be able to fly high above the earth and see the earth from a Hawks perspective would be awesome.

I would like to thank all the CrossFit Utica coaches and athletes for making this experience great. The support and encouragement from everyone is one of the reasons I love being at CrossFit Utica!
