Suzanne has been with us since March of 2017. Her first exposure to CrossFit was when her daughter, Sarah, invited her to come watch her perform an Open workout. The workout consisted of rowing, wall balls, deadlifts and handstand push-ups. After watching her daughter perform a grueling workout, Suzanne thought she would never be able to do CrossFit. Shortly after she signed up and has never looked back. She is a staple in our morning classes and is dedicated to performing her best each and every day. Monica is a CrossFit Utica OG. She has been an athlete with us from September of 2015, one of our founder's club! She is always a positive and outgoing personality to have at the gym as well as an extremely herd worker. This past month however, she was absolutely amazing.
