MOVE

All membership cancellations must be made in writing 7 days prior to the end of the month.  No refunds will be made after the 1st of the month billing cycle.  All membership holds must be made in writing 7 days prior to the end of the month.  Freezing is only possible for full months at a time. Notice must be sent to info@crossfitutica.com for monthly membership to be frozen or cancelled.  There are no refunds for Punch Cards, Seminars, or Clinics after payment is made. There are no refunds if notice is not made within the 7 day freeze or cancellation window.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We are proud to have some of the best coaches in the Utica area. Our athletes get the benefit of their expertise in our group programming, and many of our coaches are also available for one-on-one CrossFit Workouts, specialized weightlifting or kettlebell training, rehab/pre-hab and mobility training, or sports performance training. You can email a coach to set up training directly. You do not need to be a member of CrossFit Utica to sign up for personal training.

If you are a SAVVY veteran...

If you are joining us from another affiliate or have been a CrossFit athlete for more than 6 consecutive months and wish to bypass the Novice protocol, you must first meet with one of our coaches for an evaluation session. During this hour you will be asked to demonstrate all the skills coached in on-ramp and then be put through our Baseline Workout. This is meant to be a fun way to get to know you and your background in CrossFit as well as to determine what areas to coach you on going forward.
