CrossFit

These are traditional CrossFit classes that blend gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training. CrossFit build general physical preparedness for all of life's challenges. These classes are fun, creative and there is no specialization so you will never be bored or plateau. We will teach you the fundamental patterns of human movement, things like the squat, hinge (deadlift), push, pull, loaded carries, crawling-running and push you to move your body in ways you didn't even know were possible. Our goal is to teach you to do these things so well that you look, feel and act younger. Our methodology thrives on character, commitment and camaraderie of a community that shares its success; a community you will be proud to be a part of.

ATHLETE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Are you looking to take the next step in preparation for the upcoming season?  CrossFit Utica offers dedicated, sport specific strength and conditioning for athletes of all sports. This program is great for any athlete looking to try something new, or simply looking to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Each class is coached by at least two coaches who are not only experienced CrossFit Coaches, but were collegiate athletes as well. We pride ourselves on teaching safe movement and require our athletes to show proper technique before adding intensity and have had great success preparing athletes to perform their best when it matters most. In addition to training, athletes will set monthly goals based around S.M.A.R.T. principles (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time bound).

PERSONAL TRAINING

Group classes not your thing? Or maybe you want work on some specific skills that have been nagging you. Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals, and we offer the most diverse, qualified set of coaches in the Utica area. From weight loss to weightlifting, our coaches have you covered, and the best part is that you set the schedule.  Every first session includes a consultation, where a coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically for you with the goal to improve your movement and overall performance. Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

Pricing is set by each trainer, depending on experience and expertise.
