Partner Barbell Ladder:

Each team has 2 minutes at each bar with eight bars ascending in weight. 60 seconds will be allotted for each partner, who ever lifts first on bar #1 will always lift first.

Deadlift - 1 Point
Clean - 2 Points
Thruster - 3 Points

Complete the following with a partner:
500-meter row, partner completes 125 double-unders (each)
50 deadlifts, partner holds barbell at the waist (275/185)
50 toes-to-bars, partner hangs
