Time extends 4 minutes each time a round is completed

We will performing 16.2 on Friday all day in class. If you are registered for the open and need a judge come to class in the evening. Festivities begin at 4:00 PM!

If you'd like to jump in on the action, come in at 4:15 PM and sign your name into a heat on the chalkboard! Or below in the comments section! There will be a individual warmup posted so you can warm up on your own. We will review the movement standards at 4:30PM with heat #1 kicking off at 4:45PM sharp!
