8 Strict Handstand Push-ups

16 Pull-ups
1 Mile Assault Bike
16 Handstand Push-ups
24 Back Squats (135/95)
32 Ring Rows
*Second athlete may begin as soon as first athlete completes 400 meters, but many not advance past first athlete at any point.  Score is total time for the team.*
