The kettlebell is an awesome tool. It can be used for strength, power and conditioning. In addition, it allows some unilateral training that is essential to staying healthy over the long haul.

In our CrossFit class, we program higher level β€œgymnastics” movements. This challenges our athletes to be more aware of their body in space.
